Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Tract Map to subdivide two adjoining parcels for the construction of six single-family two-story detached homes. Each home would be approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and will have a 2-car garage. One interior private driveway/fire lane is proposed to be constructed with a single point of ingress/egress onto Broadway Avenue for the three rear parcels. The three lots facing Broadway would each have a separate driveway onto Broadway Avenue. No on-site guest parking is proposed. The proposed project would require the demolishing of existing structures. Approximately 50 cubic yards of grading and 1,200 cubic yards of fill grading.
