Document Description
The WVWD has identified the project as part of it's near-term capital improvement program. Segment No. 1 of the Lytle Creek Turnout is needed to provide an emergency outlet pipeline and a source of water for the CEMEX mining and material processing operation. Segment No. 2 is needed to provide additional water to the public that is served by the WVWD and FWC. The turnout/pressure reducing station is needed by Muni to extract water from the SGVMWD Devil Canyon-Asuza Pipeline.
