The Boulevard Apartments: Site Development Permit to allow for the demolition of two existing buildings; one 1-story and one 2-story wood frame buildings on a 10,650 sq.ft. site (on a 0.24 acre) and construct a 34,763 square foot 4-story building with a 3-story apartment building over a first floor office and parking garage. Twenty-four residential (for rent units with affordable units) apartments are proposed on three (each floor 8,638 square-feet) floors. The roof level would include a barbeque area and equipment play area for children.
