Document Description
The project will construct eight 20-unit buildings for a total of 160 two-bedroom multi-family residential units. The project includes a General Plan Amendment (GPA 05-005) to change existing (5) Residential [4.3 dwelling units per gross acre], (8) Residential [14.5 dwelling units per gross acres], (13) General Commercial, and (14) Service Commercial to (8) Residential. A Rezone (R05-013) is proposed to reclassify the existing RS7 [seven dwelling units per acre], A70 [Limited Agricultural], C37 [Heavy Commercial], and C44 [Freeway Commercial] Zoning Use Regulations to RU13 [12.6 dwelling units per acre]. A Tentative Map (TM 5444) and Site Plan (STP 05-047) are also included for the project.
