The proposed project will result in the construction and operation of an approximate 135,300 sq. ft. of net rentable general retail store (Sam's Club) and a net 12-pump gasoline station within an existing shopping center. The project will entail the demolition of an existing, unoccupied, 130,226 sq. ft. retail store and construction of the new retail store at the same location. It will also locate a gasoline station in an area that is currently part of a parking lot. The project includes improvements to Gilmore Street, modification to two access points on Gilmore Street and addition of an access point on Gilmore Street to serve the proposed gasoline station.
