Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a 5,000 +/- square foot indoor recreation facility (baseball mentoring school) with a maximum occupancy of 58 persons within an existing building on 3.102 +/- acres in the MP and MP(F) zones. The project also includes a Special Review of Parking to allow 19 parking spaces on the project site to be used for the baseball mentoring school. Two other tenants located in the existing building where the proposed baseball school will be located have parking agreements with off-site facilities.
