The project proposes a minor alteration of land water and vegetation by removing aquatic vegetation and approximately 3 feet of accumulated sediments from an existing 3,800 square foot pond. The pond surface area will be expanded by approximately 800 square feet. The project will impact no more than approximately 0.10 acre of pond habitat. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
