Reasons for Exemption
The project will install rock slope protection materials along approximately 110 linear feet of the left (south) bank of Churn Creek to stabilize the bank and prevent flood flow erosion of the bank. After installation of the rock, the bank will be planted with willow starts and native grass mix. There will be no removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
