Document Description
Shell Pipeline Company L.P. needs to repair an anomaly in a pipe. The scope of the work will include clearing vegetation within the right of way, removal of existing pipeline coating and sandblasting of exposed areas, welding and coating steel sleeves with primer, wrapping them in tape and enclosing in a shrink sleeve. The area will be backfilled to original contours and revegetated with an East Bay Regional Park District approved seed mix.
