Document Description
This project consists of a request to the State Water Resources Control Board for a four year extension of the Salinas River Water Rights Permit Number 5956 ("Permit"). In 1942, the State Water Resources Control Board ("SWRCB") issued the Permit to the City of Paso Robles ("City"). The Permit allowed the City to divert water from the Salinas River at the rate of 8 cubic feet per second subject to an annual diversion cap of 5,800 acre-feet.
