Acquire fee title to the 377-acre Pointed Rocks property which is contiguous to Auburn State Recreation. The property is currently undeveloped and primarily in a natural condition. The purpose of the acquisition is to preserve and protect the natural resources on the property, which includes blue oak woodlands, and to ensure continued public access to the Western States Trail which crosses the property.
