Document Description
Maintenance dredging of approximately 6,000 cy of sandy material from the West Basin entrance channel. The material will be taken to an upland sand washing/processing facility for reuse as a commercial sand product. Any discharge from the sand washing facility is regulated under a separate NPDES permit issued by the Water Board.
