Document Description
The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Development Plan Review for a 14-unit apartment complex on 1.18 acres in the RD--20 zone. 2. An Exception form the required 25-foot setback from a residential property line for a trash enclosure (Section 305-13.11). The applicant proposes a 10-foot setback from the east (rear) property line. 3. An Exception from the required 20-foot open space requirement between single story buildings (Section 305-14). 4. A Special Review of Parking to reduce the number of required landscape islands in the parking lot and consider an alternative landscape design.
