1. A General Plan Amendment from General Agriculture (80-acre minimum) to General Agriculture (20-acre minimum) for approximately 274 acres.
2. A Rezone from AG-80 and AG-80(F) to AG-20 and AG-20(F).
3. A Subdivision Map to create 12 lots in the AG-20 zone.
4. An Affordable Housing Plan consisting of the payment of In-Lieu and Affordability fees.
