A transportation improvement project funded by Measure B monies from Alameda County Transportation Improvement Authority (ACTIA) that includes: 1) Acquisition of center triangle-shaped parcel, completion of RWQCB-approved site closure work plan for the site, removal of existing improvements and construction of pedestrian and multi-modal-oriented landscaping; 2) Acquisition of approximately 120 lineal feet of ROW; 3) Add a second left-turn lane; 4) Add bus stop pocket south of Hesperian Blvd. and a right-turn lane at 150th Ave.; 5) Change #1 southbound lane to second northbound left-turn pocket; 6) Change through and left-turn lane on southbound; 7) Add traffic channelization improvements; 8) and construct Bus Shelters (one each) at the existing bus stop locations.
