Document Description
CHISPA is the applicant for annexation of the entire 72-acre project area. Of this annexation area, ~53 acres are ultimately envisioned for development including 50 acres anticipated for residential use. An additional 3.11 acre parcel will be developed as a neighborhood commercial site. The remaining 19 acres included with this annexation proposal would remain as parkland.
