Document Description
A Special Permit to reduce the 100' Streamside Management Area (SMA) setback for the development of a detached garage constructed without County review. The approximately 5-acre parcel is currently developed with a approximately 2,180 sq. ft. single-family residence. The garage has an approximately 900 sq. ft. footprint and will be located approximately 75' from the top of the Williams Creek bank. No trees are proposed to be removed for this project and minimal grading was required.
