Document Description
A Special Permit to reduce the Streamside Management Area of Williams Creek for the after-the-fact permitting of a residential garage. As a perennial waterway, Williams Creek has a Streamside Management Area buffer of 100 feet from the stream transition line. This project seeks to reduce the SMA setback to +/-75 feet in order to allow an ~900 sq. ft. attached garage, constructed without county review, to remain within its current footprint.
