Document Description
The proposed project consists of 64 two-story live/work units and a community center in a total of seven separate buildings with roof varying from 24 to 39 feet in height, ~155 outdoor parking spaces, driveways, an access road from Marina Way South, and landscaping, much of which would be designed as a swale and/or a vegetated pervious filter for stormwater management.
