Document Description
County-initiated amendments of the Napa County General Plan Circulation Element and Napa Valley Business Park Specific Plan. Together, the amendments update local transportation system information and incorporate current trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the planning and impact analysis of transportation networks throughout Napa County. In the GP, demographic and transportation data is updated and policies are proposed to be revised to facilitate enhanced efficiency of the transportation system for multiple users and modes. The proposed Specific Plan amendment is primarily a change to the design of a planned roadway to eliminate one vehicular travel lane on a section of roadway and to introduce a class 1 multi-use path in lieu of a sidewalk on one side for the roadway length. *See NOD for full details.
