Document Description
The proposed project would install a new 24" water transmission main between Ocean Street and the Bay Street Reservoir, approximately 11,200 feet in length, located mostly within City streets. The proposed project is intended to increase the daily replenishment rate at the Bay Street Reservoir by removing hydraulic constraints that currently exist between the Graham Hill Water Treatment Plant and this facility, thereby allowing for more efficient operation of the treatment plant.
