Authorize the amendment of Lease No. PRC 505.1, a General Lease-Right of Way Use, effective 1/29/09, to authorize the installation of a natural gas pipeline to be used and operated by PG&E and 4 telecommunication conduits to be used and operated by AT&T Corp; authorize sublease in teh form of franchise agreements (Shasta County ordinances No. 416 adopted 1/18/60, and No. 432 adopted 8/28/62) between the County of Shasta and PG&E; authorize annual rent in the amount of $341, with the state reserving the right to fix a different rent periodically during the least term, as provided in the lease.
