The project entails the removal of +/-180 second growth redwood trees to create an area for pasture, orchard and landscaped area and a site for a possible garage to be developed at a later date. The conversion area will encompass the majority of the ~2 acre parcel. Trees near and bordering Lentell Road are to be retained as a visual screen, as well as other trees within the subject property for aesthetics.
