The California Water Code requires all urban water suppliers in the state to prepare Urban Water Management Plans (Plan) and update them every five years. The purpose of the Plan is to adequately demonstrate the Olivenhain Municipal Water District's (District) reliability over the next 25 years in conjunction with regional plans being developed by the San Diego County Water Authority and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
