Document Description
The proposed project would develop a 16.11-acre site with 265 multi-family residential units, private recreational facilities, and other associated site improvements (circulation and parking; landscaping and lighting; and drainage improvements). The project also includes off-site road, utility and bicycle path connections. Off-site road connections would provide an access road from Cortona Drive west of the project site, including a new bridge over Tecolotito Creek, and a secondary access via a road extension from the existing access road serving the adjacent office and manufacturing buildings.
