The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, City of Merced. The Project involves the temporary dewatering of a 780-linear foot portion of Hartley Slough in order to remove and relocate of approximately 2,855 cubic yards of debris from the soil, and restoration of the site.
