Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Merced, represented by David Tucker. The applicant proposes to construct a temporary crossing by placing dirt fill over a 36-inch flow-bypass pipe, prior to removing the existing culverted crossing; install a new 40-foot wide by 40-foot long concrete bridge structure on Gove Road; and install a new outfall with an energy dissipation structure at the outfall into Hartley Slough.
