Upgrade and expand the capacity of the City wastewater treatment plant to accommodate planned wastewater loads and comply with current and anticipated effluent quality regulatory limits. The project would initially increase the capacity of the WWTP from the permitted 10 million gallons per day (mgd) to 11.5 mgd without major improvements. Ultimately, the project would reach a capacity of 20 mgd with additional improvements.
