The City of Merced is proposing to upgrade and expand the capacity of its WWTP to accommodate planned wastewater loads generated within its service area and the adjacent UC Merced campus, and to comply with current and anticipated effuent quality regulatory limits. Ultimately, the Project would reach a capacity of 20 mgd.
