The lots will be on septic systems per Department of Environmental Health VPM No. 103. The site slopes gradually toward Valley Center Road with an average slope of 10 percent. An existing abandoned orange grove will be removed and the site graded. An existing road adjacent to the west boundary of the site will be widened to 24 feet within the existing private road and public utility easement.
Document Description
This project proposes to subdivide the 8-acre parcel APN 189-031-17-00 (parcel A of Boundary Adjustment B/C 03-0208 recorded January 9, 2004) into four two-acre lots intended for four single-family residential units.
