Desert Hot Springs Wind, LLC proposes to remove 69 existing wind turbines due to antiquation and replace them with 4 new.wind turbines with larger electrical generating capacity. New meteorological towers, one permanent and one temporary, will be installed at the site to support installation and operation. The existing roads will be improved to accommodate construction.
