Document Description
The site is an unincorporated area of the County of San Bernardino within the City of Rialto Sphere of Influence. The proposed project includes a 165-acre Specific Plan for a planned residential community of 726 single-family units with a variety of lot sizes ranging from 4,500 to 20,000 square feet, and approximately 10 acres of neighborhood parks/trails. At present, one third of the planned area is vacant and undeveloped, while the majority of the project site supports a private golf course.
