Widen Plaza Blvd. from 4 to 6 lanes from Highland Ave to just east of Euclid Ave. with restriping and new signage. Conduct construction staging from a vacant lot west of Money Gram Check Cashed or a vacant lot west of Jimmy's Family Restaurant. Construct retaining walls along the existing concrete-lined drainage channel and along Plaza Blvd. improvements. Construct sound walls on private properties to mitigate roadway noise levels.
