General Plan Map Amendment from AOS-1 to Low Density Residential (lwdr-4) on 29.2 acres, Medium Density Residential (mdr-12) on 5.6 acres and Community Commercial (CC) on 5.2 acres and Zone Change from OS to PD/R-2 and PD/C-2. The GPA/ZC would allow the 40-acre site to be developed with up to 117 SFR, 60 multi-family units and 70,000 sf of retail uses.
