Document Description
Annexation, General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone and Tentative Subdivision Map Approval for the Dinuba RCR project, which will involve expanding and improving the City's municipal Wastewater Reclamation Facilities (WRF), annexation of land into the City, and development of a golf course and residential subdivisions on these lands. The City will develop a reclamation well-field consisting of several interconnected wells distributed around the WRF's effluent disposal ponds to provide reclaimed irrigation water for the golf course and residential subdivisions.
