The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SCL-44639-R3) pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Emmanuel Aryee, Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Project will involve discharging approximately 28,173,400 gallons of treated water from pipelines, turnouts, and distributaries into four different creeks (San Tomas Aquino Creek, Wildcat Creek, Saratoga Creek, and Permanente Creek) to inspect and repair the West Pipeline.
