The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0160-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Santa Clara Valley Water District. The twelve Projects include activities related to the replacement of or rehabilitation of culverts and their associated infrastructure along the levee road for the purpose of supporting access to the Santa Clara Conduit (raw water conveyance pipeline).
