Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0389-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Katherine Oven, Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water).
The Cross Valley and Calero Pipeline Rehabilitation Project (Project) will involve dewatering of approximately 14.7 million gallons of raw water from the pipeline. Most dewatering will occur into Coyote Creek, Fisher Creek, Arroyo Calero Creek, and Calero Reservoir. Minor excavation will be required at multiple locations to uncover pipeline
valves.
