CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0156-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Aaron Baker, Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Disinfection of Milpitas Pipeline Project will involve disinfecting the entire pipeline with the intoduction of highly chlorinated water, which will be released/discharged to the Wrigley-Ford Creek/Channel after the water has been dechlorinated.
