Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a mixed-use development with approximately 27,500 square feet of commercial-retail uses and 355 multifamily residential units, and 1.5 acres of recreational trails within four planning areas on 31.6 acres. The commercial component of the proposed project also contains the Residential Overlay that has an additional 20 dwelling units. Implementaing the Residential Overlay would mean that the commercial/ retail land uses would not occur, and there would be a total of 375 multifamily residential units (355 dwelling units plus 20 dwelling units).
