Document Description
The addendum analyzes modification to the approved water treatment plant within the Tejon Mountain Village site. As approved in 2009 and analyzed in the TMV EIR and related Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations, TMV includes 26,417 acres and permits the development of a maximum of 5,082 acres within a 7,867-acre. In the EIR, the WTP was planned to be located in the Bear Trap Canyon area. TCWD proposes to move the WTP to a different location within the development envelope and install stand-alone water storage tanks at Bear Trap turnout. The anticipated capacity and operations of the WTP would not change.
