Document Description
The project approved by CDFW consists of the ITP and MSAA identified above, which address development activities in accordance with the Tejon Mountain Village Specific Plan and related approvals by Kern County affecting or generally related to fish and wildlife resources subject to the regulatory authority of CDFW, including natural resources subject to the CA Endangered Species Act (CESA) and Fish and Game Code section 1600 et seq. The MSAA authorizes certain activities contemplated in section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code that would cause substantial adverse effects to fish and wildlife resources. The ITP and MSAA in this respect will facilitate development of the Tejon Mountain Village Specific Plan area.
