Document Description
The project includes adoption of the Tejon Mountain Village Specific and Community Plan and the Tejon Mountain Village Special Plan to implement the proposed zoning. Implementation of the project would allow for the development of up to 3,450 residential units ranging in lots sizes from 2,400 sf to over 20 acres, up to 160,000 sf of commercial development, up to 750 hotel/resort lodging units, two 18 hole golf courses and additional support facilities.
