The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0016-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Boulder Springs Land Company, represented by Christopher Bley. The applicant is proposing to grade and develop approximately 760 acres into a residential development of 1,045 lots and supporting infrastructure. The project will permanently impact 2.792 acres of vegetated riparian habitat. The project will temporarily impact 0.561 acres of riparian vegetation. Total project impacts are 3.353.
