The applicant proposes four activities involving the installation of temporary crossings on non-fish bearing tributaries (Class II watercourses) to Daugherty Creek along an existing temporary road. All projects are located in the Big River planning watershed in Mendocino County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0393-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. John Ramaley of the Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC.
