The applicant proposes to clear debris, trash, sediment and vegetation from three 24-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culverts that run under Highway 18/Big Bear Boulevard for the purpose of establishing flow of the three culverts. The project will temporarily impact 225 square feet or 0.0052 acres of streambed and vegetated riparian habitat.
