Document Description
The road crossing the stream shall be removed entirely. All debris, including the pipes, culverts, concrete and other non-native material, will be removed from the stream channel. The stream channel shall be reestablished as near as possible to the original contour and all disturbed soils shall be revegetated with native seed sources.
