Document Description
Replacement of two 36" culverts lost to storms, one 20' by 36" culvert extension to ensure safe passage, and installation of a drainage lense to move seepage water under a road to maintain a dry surface in the upper El Moro Canyon. Both Southern California Edison and State Parks are involved in this access maintenance project.

No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated. A resource ecologist will ensure avoidance of significant impacts to natural resources. There will be negligible or no expansion of existing use. New structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced. Project does not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. Surface will be restored.
