To construct a wireless telecommunications facility consisting of sector antenna panels centered at 100 foot above ground level on a steel tower as a stealth application with a windmill fan mounted on top of the tower and equipment cabinets at the base of the tower within a 50' x 50' leased enclosure on a 11.3 +/- acre parcel. The top of the highest structure will be a 115 +/- feet above ground level.
