Document Description
Conduct the following modifications to increase accessibility at Loafer Creek Campground: - Campsites - perform maintenance work on 7 sites to bring them into full compliance. This will include minor leveling of site surface, widening of parking pads as needed, and fixing water stations as needed. Modify 3 additional standard sites into accessible sites. This will include minor leveling of site (6" or less ground disturbance), replacement of furniture with accessible design and accessible layout, water stations, and parking pads for sites. The concrete parking space headers (stobbers) may need to be moved to denote larger accessible parking pads. - Restrooms - replace door signage and move fixtures for accessibility. All work performed is to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Consent Decree for Accessibility Lawsuit against Department.
